We are very privileged to be able to name Gary Moore as our Head
Chef at 26 Hotel & Restaurant. 
 
Gary is one of Scotland’s most prominent chefs and has won several
accolades and awards for his cooking skills including holding 2 AA
Rosettes for 10 years.
Gary was also a member of the team that catered for the opening of
the Scottish Parliament attended by the Queen.

He has over 30 years experience in the kitchen and his fine cuisine

really is second to none.
 
Gary sources only the best of Local Borders Produce to create
innovative food in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
 

Our Restaurant has a capacity of 84 and we also have a meeting

room available, with a capacity of 10, for small parties,
whether it be business or pleasure.
